This 31 foot Coach has new carpeting, wood flooring, and kitchen counter top. A thermostatically controlled SUBURBAN SF30 forced air heating keeps the unit toasty on cold nights, and also protects waste water holding tanks in the basement from freezing. We have slept 6 people comfortably in this unit. The living room sofa pulls out into a double bed, while the dinette makes into a bed for 2 (smaller occupants).

The master bedroom features a walk around queen sized bed with additional storage underneath and bedside storage units on each side. At night the accordion style bedroom door allows cool air to flow into the bedroom over a transom-like opening. The kitchen boasts both a MAGIC CHEF Oven with a 3 burner cooking surface, and MAGIC CHEF Microwave with lighted range hood. The double stainless sinks and stove surface have wooden covers to expand food preparation area.

The separate complete bath area has a foot flushing commode, a sink with lots of room below, a side medicine cabinet, and a large shower area. Hot water is provided by a SUBURBAN SW6D, 6 gallon unit.

This coach is built on a FORD F-53 truck frame, and has a fuel injected 460 cubic inch motor that has been serviced with synthetic oil since 7,250 miles. It has cruise control, and an overdrive automatic transmission. A Generac 5.5 kw generator (also protected by synthetic oil) provides reliable power when not using the 30 amp shore lines in camp. This unit has a new awning, COLEMAN roof air, and Blue Ox Tow Bar. The unit is wired for cable TV both in front, and master bedroom. A remote control SONY radio/cd player provides music through front and back speakers.

One feature we have enjoyed is the extensive availability of lighting both inside and out. In camp, the numerous lights keep things cheerful inside, and many of the basement compartments are also provided with lights to be used as needed. As can be seen in the photos, there are many storage cabinets within the coach and in the basement.
